Kinda. You could probably find a master doctor that will craft you some packs you can use and exchange them for the ones you have now.

Sadly, you need Master Doctor to get a med use of 91.

To get the ability to use Enhance Packs you need 0200, and for Rez packs you need 0400 (Master Wound Treatment), but your med use skill increased with the third column, the Medical Knowledge tree. As a result, your Enhance Ds aren't going to work even if you go 0400.

Options:

1. Sell to Ds to someone else.

2. Master Doctor (come on in, the water's fine )

3. Take the enhance packs back to the person you bought them from, ask them to make you some with 90 med use. Go 0440 in Doctor -- though you will need a steady supply of 90 med-use D buffs, they will likely be custom-made (to experiment them down to 90) and supply may be a pain.

4. Go as far up the med knowledge tree as you can and use the appropriate level of buffs -- roughly, A for first box, B for second, C for third/fourth. Any buff beats being unbuffed.

You can also check out the FAQ. There is lots of great info there, especially for new docs.
