mmm noobish question?


i know that BE +med use tissues are bugged/ nerfed..whatever dont work...are there any skill tapes with +med use..and if so do these work...im looking for a +1 med use. thank you

There are some of these in the game - they can only be looted, that can't be made. However, even though the bonus will appear on your skill mods, they DO NOTHING. There is no way to increase medical use ability through items.
