I have a deep concern here.
Doctors have little ways to make money and with the new combat system specials and what not will be taken form the max value if the persons action/mind/health pool. Also buffs will no longer alter the max values of attributes.
So hast anyone tested this? Will it reduce the effectiveness of buffs and therefore drop their worth/value.
It is really irritating that we continue to get nerfed and we get no acceptable responses from the devs on our issues. Our correspondants are doing a great job but the devs dont seem to care.
Will this worsten our ability to make money?
If someone has tested please let me know

We don;t have the new system implimented to do any testing on, yet. But if the quai-version they had on TC last month is any indication, buffs will have just as much value as always. You cost stat still helped to reduce the cost of a special coming off of the faster regen bar. The regen rate still let you regen damage you end up taking in combat faster (but did not affect the regen rate of specials use, which may change in the final implementation.)
Primaries, of course, make all those Bars bigger giving you more points to mess around with for specials as well as more damage you can take.
So I don't really see any kind of nerf from buffs from any of this coming.

I hope not.
Because many have low stats in the six depending on buffs. Especially doctors
