Thread: Need help with Enhance packs and buffs
Now speak slowly and in small clear words...I'm a real life chick...so after glancing around in this forum and having NO freaking clue what all the acroymns are for etc...I am asking for some assistance.
I am in a research city, making packs on a high quality crafting station (i think the numbers on it say 40.7), with a 14.94 tool.
I am only able to get the power to mid 600s on my packs and duration is about 18000. My buffs vary wildly...in ranges of 900 to 2300. I'm on Chilestra. Any helpful ideas?
You want to get that power over 800, even closer to 900, if you want the master Doc buffs that make your customers come back for more.
It would help to see what quality material you are using. I try to only use greater than 800 OQ material in my subcomponents, 900+ is preferred. Also, are you using all advanced subcomponents? (The Advanced Biological Effect Controller as opposed to a Biological Effect Controller, for example.)
Experimentation is also important. I use all of my experimentation points in effectiveness, none in charges or med use. If my pack gets a bunk experiment and I can't get it above 800 eff, it's discarded.
The big thing is to get the effectiveness up on the buffs. Please list the material and components you are using.
Once the effectiveness is up there nicely, here are some more tips:Do you have a medical droid with a 110 effectivess medical module? That will give you a little edge. You can also hunt down some +25 wound treatment bio-engineered clothing, which will give you an extra edge as well. Serious buff freaks like me love these extra items.
