Doctor Archive

This is a fairly simple macro, but it will help if you know how to use COPY and PASTE. This macro is designed to buff a series of your friends while you are AFK.

Macros are case sensitive so put these in exactly as they appear.

Put all your enhancement packs in your inventory, this will not work if they are in your backpack.

The pauses are based on the time it takes a Master Doctor to be ready for another buff. For lower level doctors it may require a longer pause. If you give out more than 19 or 20 buffs you will run out, but you can

Put the macro in the F1 Slot of your toolbar, this is how you keep the macro looping. Use /dump to stop the loop.

Now, if you want to add more people to your buff list, just copy all the macro up to the red text and put in someone elses name. The red text is the end of the macro. It takes approximately 1.5 minutes to cycle through a series of buffs, so having more than 15 people on the macro means they might have to wait a while before the buff comes to them.

Some of you may be asking, why have an AFK buffing service?

Several reasons: If you have a master doctor character but you only play a few hours a week, you could stay online more and run the macro to help your guildmates or friends.

If you live in a player city, there may be many citizens who would like to get buffs but can't find them when they want them. You could create a weekly subscription service, where, for a certain amount of credits (plus tips!) you would add them to the macro, and promise to be in the med center for a scheduled time each day.

You could also use this to gain med XP and be helping people at the same time (unlike the tumble macro)

I forgot to complete a sentance at the top there. I was going to say something about having more than one buff in your inventory and you can buff more.

Also, change the pauses to 16 seconds. 15 Seconds was the time for using the toolbarSlots but with the /healEnhance macro you need an extra second.

You can also use this macro for easier buffing of people WHILE YOU ARE PLAYING

I actually had written a macro that you might want to take a look at. It will pretty much allow anyone who pays an entry fee to get buffed, here's the thread it's on.

Just watch changing the speaking parts too long, or you run into the maximum macro length, and it gets cut off.

Fantastic macro! Had no ideas there was a command to target the people in your group. I'll have to modify mine to include that.
