What optional components can be uses to make our meds stronger or better? Or is there a website with the information available? I know about the Janta blood, but are there other things we can do to extend the time or make them more powerful? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

For Doctors, there is pretty much ony Janta Blood

The only one currently known for doctor meds is Janta Blood (check out the FAQ). There are a number of other optional components for Combat Medics, but those apply specifically to poisons and diseases.
