Is it Injury Treatment that they need to have or Medical Use? I don't know which one of these enhances buffing...

Medicine Treatment, but I believe you always get both.

Well.. you know.. you want to look nice.. it would increase your chances of getting buffed.. And probably make the buff even better.. Make sure to shower.. shave.. wear clean clothes..

Oh! You mean.. like doc buffs.. Hmm.. Yea.. Wound Treatment...
