Ok, the cap on all clothing modifers is +25, total. If you have +25 in one piece, that is enough.Wearing more will make it show up in your skills window, but it still only works as +25.The droid does not actually affect your modifier, it defines the environment modifier (actually applied after your WT modifier, thereby increasing it's effect). Bivoli can add up to another +25 to wound treatment, but does not touch injury treatment.

i understand that the skills maxes at 125 with clothes or sa's (unless youre a human artisan, see artisan board if you really want to know), but is that if you are a master.
what if you are not a master?
i have a +25 i/w doctors robe/dress/whatever it is, but what if i wanted to add a +25 large headwrap?
i have mastered medic, so injury treat is maxed at +25[+125 total] from the robe anyway even though it says i have +150 in the skills box, but i only have doc x2xx, so wound treatment is at like 35 or something, so would the extra +25 be wasted, or would i have +85 (35base + +25robe + +25wrap = 85 wound treat rating?
i was going to buy the headwrap when i started my medic character a few weeks ago but thought it would look silly since it was red and the rest of my clothes werent, so i went back a few days later and saw the robe and bought it instead.
the crux of it is that i can get this wrap for like 7k from my be tailor, but would it actually do anything for me?

Bug fixes. Heh! Smuggling. Heh! A Jedi craves not these things.

My SWG Observations

If they stopped the expansions for one year and gave quality revamps to the professions that need it most, many people would resubscribe.
With all the resubs, and the new players, there would then be plenty of money to hire enough people to do 2-4 quality revamps per year plus 1-2 larger expansions per year and/or 2-4 smaller expansions per year, and not give the BigWigs a pay cut. (Possibly even an increase)

Let me make this clear for everyone to understand

There are 3 places you can get Wound treatment points from.

1) Self trained skills, this has no cap, other then the max you can learn at master doctor is +100
2) BE clothes which ONLY and i mean ONLY at max give u +25 even if u are where 3 items each giving u +25, only 1 of them is going to benefit you.
3) Chef food bivoli at most which can be crafted is +25

This comes to a total of +150, this is the absolute max you can have for wound treatment. There is nothing in the FS skills either that adds to this, so dont bother looking or training if thats what you are looking to find.

There are other ways to improve buffs though.

1) Having a 110 med capacity droid, this means 110% of your base buff
2) Buffing in a Medical Player Town, gives about a 10-15% bonus
3) To get best results make sure you have 0 BF on the target

BF has to be below 250 for full effect. Whether its 248 or 0 doesnt affect the buff
