100 in the certs, you can get another 25 from CA's. each 10 points gives you 1 point of experimentation so you only need +20 to gain the extra 2 points.

100 in the certs, again you can get additional speed from CA's. I hear the number 135 thrown around from time to time as the max though the Dev say that CA/AA bonuses cap at 25. ALSO you can eatHavla and your wound treatment speed will be 1 second. Normally it is 15 seconds (not factoring in the lag)

3.) Does Injury Treament affect buffs at all?

No, only Wound treatment detirmines the buff, you can eat Bivoli to gain up to +25 in addition to your cert bonus and clothing bonus

4.) If I have a +25/+25 robe, do any more points to those in other clothes help me, or is +25 the max you can get from any combination of clothes?

+25 in BE bonus is the max, the extra numbers will be listed in your stat box but will not affect the buffs (my clothes add to +33)

Thank you very much, that answered my questions.

And yes, I have Bivoli and Halva, although I often opt out of eating the Halva due to my stomach getting full after an extended period of buffing( then I won't be able to eat my Bivoli )
