THinkiing about making my doc a buffbot but I need to know if I can place a hospital anywhere or if it has to be in a city.

and in prison all citizens in power with rhythm
I envision turbulence and murder since it's an everyday occurence

I know alot of people think bots are wack but with jtl out now it is hard to find a doc. I just thought I could do the community a favor by makin a buff house.

Hospitals can only be placed in player cities.

As far as buffbots are concerned....the entertainers and docs do seem to mostly be in space right now. But that will settle down after a while I think.

player cities with 3rd advancement which is a pain i think.
