Its probably a bug but if you use /healwound ona player that has big mind wounds and you have resuscitation kit in you inventory, you will be able to heal mind wounds (I'm not sure if they have fix it atm). The mind wounds healed will depend on your resuscitation kit. However, the player's hp and ap will drop dramatically according to the heal damage value of your resuscitation kit. And sometimes, the player will see the message 'you have been incapacitated'. Talk about stimming people to death .

And btw, you can try it on yourself. Again its probably a bug, but atm its handy if you are on a hunting trip and there is no entertainer. But you will be wasting your kit.
