Thread: Need help from knowledgable medics!

i am a combat profession but i also want to get some medic skills so i can heal myself. what would the best tree to learn in for a novice medic. I want to be able to heal a lot of my health *not wound* just health and action.

Novice medic will let you use B-series stims and wound paks.



First aid tree will give you modifiers to how much you heal per charge. If you are just healing yourself, then this shouldbe more than sufficient.



If you are a creature handler with a pet that has several thousand HAM, raising pharmacology will let you use the C- and D-series. D's may need experimenting on to reduce their 'Medicine Use' skill requirements, but the higher base heal + 'First Aid' modifiers will mean fewer charges to heal that beefy pet.

If you don't mind buyinf stims get first aid and pharm. If you want to make your own stims then get organic chemistry also. I recommend pharm 4 and at least FA2 so you stop bleeding.
