Heck no... the willpower regeneration of the Zab's is nice. But in no way necessary. I'm a human with 6-700 willpower, I can chain-heal if I sit down. But with stim-D's there's very little cause to chain-heal.

Mon-cal's might be the best doctors, bigger mind-pool and all would let you drop a ton of heals before you had to rest.

Anyway it doesn't matter. You'll run out of wounds to heal before you run out of mind 99% of the time. (the other 1% you have to sit down while you heal)

i think zabreks are best medics because of the innate ability to /equlibrum and basically mind heal urself

Depends on what other skillsets you plan to take.
I'm a rodian Doctor, and I'm fine.. I'm also a combatant though, and the rodian high action is very useful there.

Side benefit of rodean docs if you max your mind stats... if you take artisan, you can sample forever. Your Action and mind stats are big, and the regens fast... I can even chainheal another sampler and still sample forever.


I've seen all type make good medics/docs. It is more an overall package of skills then just one (like medic or doc) that balances out the species. Not that any combo won't work with any species.

I pvp alot so I took zabrack. Equilibrium is about the only way to counter a guywith a rifle, and with my ability to heal myself (best macro youll ever make is/heald self)I can go from| | this much mind to a3/4 a bar in a second.That and the number of "horny" jokes I get to tell in the cantinas. If you do go rodean please dont go black skin and white hair LOL im sooo sick of cookie cutters =Op

If I am a rodian and I want to go doctor, and max all willpower/focus/mind, will I be at a tremendous disadvantage compared to Zabraks?
