I was just wondering how other doctors and combat medics heal during battle. I have noticed that if I do nothing but heal during a battle in a group of 6+ my mind pool drains away sometimes to nothing. Then I have to sit down and try to get it back ASAP. Is there a way that I do not know of to get mind pool back faster, it just kind of stinks during a major larger battle to all of a sudden sit down while blaster firing is zipping over my head.

Drugs.. Smoke some gabaki or take some thruster head.. That'll give yer mind a nice jolt. It helps you recharge mind faster for like 4 or 5 minutes. There is downtime after it wears off tho.. but if you want you can just keep taking more until you have a time when you can have some downtime safely.

First thing would be to ensure that you stats are optimized, meaning your Willpower, Focus and Mind are maxed out in the stat migration panel. Second would be to use the most efficient Stims possible for the job at hand...all stims use the same amount of Mind, make sure you aren't using a stim that requires you to heal for more than your mind pool can sustain. Third would be to ensure you get the most bang out of your stims. I buff my groupmates, leave them until they are down to about 10% H/A, then pop a stim on them for 2000 health/action. This ensures I have the most time to recover Mind between heals. I can run around for an indefinite period of time with a group on Dathomir and not run out of mind(from healing).
