-How much medicine usage skill i need to be able to use stim pack d and stim pack e?Thx in advance for your response.

Well since these do not become available till Expert Medicine crafting my guess is Expert Wound Treatment? I just attained them but have yet to craft them.

Can't remember what it is for E but D stims are like 43. I know you can useDsat Master Medic.
