I can use Enh D at 0230 doctor. Does it help to go up in Wound treatment or MedicineKnowledge so that the buffs work better? i.e. should I go for 0430?

wound treatment 4 would give you 75 skill to wound healing which would make your buff better and also gives you the ability to revive it only costs you around 5 skill points to get to it most people that go doctor for buffing go wound treatment 4 . medical use doesn't give any bonuses other than letting you use higher medicin
