I have done a little experimentation and have concluded that there are fewer low end buffs if your mind stats are buffed. It doesn't give more high end buffs just reduces the occurance of the low end stuff (<1000).

Anyone experienced similar results?

I have noticed the same thing when I use Moun Gold. (If I am remembering the correct spice.) Another thing that I noticed is that I get really good buffs when I buff inside my house in a player city. These things are hard to confirm because I'm not about to buff something 50 or so times to test corrrectly.

I can't say I've seen either of those give higher buff stats, and I've done a LOT of buffs.

I've also heard fresh batteries in your droid make a difference, but again, that's not confirmed in my testing. I've done some of my worst buffs in a medcenter, most of my best with a droid.

There is one tried and true method to getting consistantly high buffs, over 3k quite often, and that's jacking up your wound/injury treatment stats using BE enhanced clothing. Get three items of clothing with the highest stats you can afford and watch the results. With +51 to my treatment stat, I'm hitting my ceiling on action buffs of 3425 pretty often.

Farcaster, I hat eto break the news to you, but your not get +51 out of those clothes. THe highest rating they will stack up to is +25 total. I know, I know, your skills sheet says your getting +51, but the Devs have acknowledged that as a bug. The game only counts it up to +25 in actual use.

Although the reasoning still stand, that +25 is still a good sight better than +0
