Going Doctor/Rifleman route , and I'm slowly migrating all my stats to mind , and i'll be buffing my others.

So i Buff up , throw on some armor , and kill things . woot

Then the buffs wear off , but i have more armor encumberance than i do secondary stats.

What happens? Do I get incapped ? Does my armor fall off ? Or can i just do nothing until i remove my armor and re-buff myself?

Also , comming up on getting to use Enhance B packs (grinded there before i realized i needed the Enchance skill , DOH! )

I'm just curious what to expect with those buffs untill get get around to the good ones.

your secondary stats get set to a value of "1" (assuming all your secondaries are less than the encumb) which means you will pretty much not regenerate health, and specials will cost a lot of HAM damage.

Also , comming up on getting to use Enhance B packs (grinded there before i realized i needed the Enchance skill , DOH! )

B's will give you about 100-200 HAM points

I'm just curious what to expect with those buffs untill get get around to the good ones.
