med use enchancement items don't work. never have and never will

+ medicine use, and + combat medicine use items have never worked, and instead of fixing them, they were removed from game, under fear of the devaluation on Medical skillpoints.

This includes both skill tapes and armor plates.

well thanks for hte info, now i just have to see if my master doc buildmate can ground me up some enhance d's with a med use of 90 or below or rethink my whole template

well ok yea it is

ok i plan on goin 4/4/4/0 in doctor so i can buff myself since i solo alot right now i'm 1/2/4/0 and my med use is at 90 i bought a BE enhanced hood that gives me a med rating of 90/94 in my skill mod box so i should be able to use something upto a med use of 94 but when i try using an enhance d pack of med use at 93 says i lack the skill and too answer the question right away why not just master doc with that many points into it i'm a master TK and dabblin in fencer for the defense plus the bleeds till the combat patch goes out and will re work my template as need be

so i guess my question is, is my hood borked or am i missing something here in general ?
