Thread: New Novice DOC WTB Dolovite Iron on Bloodfin
one other question
is it me or is the herbivore meat realy bad OQ nomatter where i harvest it i can only find OQ 399 - 500 is there anyware i should be hunting for it ?

Hey there, and welcome to Bloodfin.
With regards to the dolovite iron I do agree that it is hard to come by. I did manage to find a vendor very close to Coronet. Since the server is currently down I cant give you the excact waypoint but the vendor is called "Rooke". They have pretty much anything a doctor needs for making meds or enhancments. Send me a tell in game if you don't manage to find it on your own.
Now about that meat: I am pretty new to the doctors proffesion so I may be out on a limb here. But as far as I have understood it the OQ is not that important for making Meds. The PE is. You should check out this great page : http://www.geocities.com/mcglonec1978/swg/docfaq.html. It was a great help for me. I cannot comment if the OQ is poorer than on any other server. But let me say that I find that odd, if that should be the case. Maybe you are just not looking in the right places.

But as far as I have understood it the OQ is not that important for making Meds. The PE is.
Ooops. Be careful there. For most every med and subcomponent, OQ is more important than PE by a2:1 ratio (66% vs. 33%).Pretty muchall the power(strength of the med) in your meds is derived from OQ+PE, while things like charges(number of uses) are OQ+Toughness.
Always be sure to check the Experimental properties of whatever you're making. Whatever is listedin those areasis your clue as to what properties your ingredients should be (i.e. High OQ, or high PE, or high Toughness, or etc).
