Hi all,

i have a little question about the med,center.

What happens if a doc with a med.center surrenders master?

Will it decay? or does it remain ?

Well, seeing as how a Master Dancer/Musician can place a cantina/theater and give up the title without losing their building, I believe MD/MCMs are the same.

Y'just need the title to place or have the hospital /transfer to you but you don't have to keep the title to keep the building.

Not really... it's just a unique house with special properties.... such as having a healing bonus.

Nothing, it is just like being amerchant and placing merchants in your house. If you give up merchant, all your merchants will remain fully usable.

Yes. You can declare your residence there, and for the cost of 1 more lot over a small house, you get to store MANY more items. From what I hear from architects, medical centers have the best capacity to lot ratio in the game.
