Doctor Archive

I have three Enhance pack Ds I bought on the Bazarr. The highest Med use for them is 90, and I have a Medicine Use of 90. But when I click on them it doesn't do ANYTHING. It doesn't say they are beyond me, it doesn't say I should be in a camp or whatever, it doesn't say it's not a valid target. It just does nothing at all. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? I am going for master, but I wanted to get Medical Use maxed out so I went to level 4 with medicine knowledge first. It took me a LONG time and I'd like ot think I didn't wate my time

Do I need to have doctor med crafting high enough to make the stuff to be able to use it too? If so, that is stupid. I don't need to know how ANYTHING is made to be able to be taught to use it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

read the doctor faq stickied above. I believe you need at least Adv master wound treatment speed to even get the /enhance command, which can't do enhances without. Been a master doc too long to remember exactly, but it's in one of the level 2 skill boxes of doc.
