Question 1: What is the Medicine use on Enhance D packs?

Question 2: Are the quality of the buffs based just on the Enhance packs or on the level of the Doctor as well? For example, a Master Doctor gets better buff results than a 0240 Doctor using the same buff pack.

Answer 1: Medicine use varies depending on quality of the materials used and experimentation but it is around 85-95

Answer 2: Better medicine knowledge gives better results with the same enhance pack
