I make, but then I have a fairly good sized pharmacy business, which means I have a large fleet of high end harvesters, several factories, lots of storage, and a rather extensive horde of very high quality resources. Basically items you probably dont have access to.

Thusly, cost is a relative term.

In the short run, it is cheaper probably to buy either the finished products, or the resources for making the items.

In the long run, its probably cheaper to harvest everything yourself, but doing it that way will cost you a fairly large amount of time, especially in gathering avian and herbivore meat, two key components to getting good buffs, as well as waiting for good resources to spawn if you dont already have them.
