Important points:

Buffs are drastically different. Much less variance which is good but no more 3k buffs, but 7 months ago i dont know if you had the resources to make 3k buffs anways.

ALl docs now fasion themselves with Bio Engineered enhanced CLOTHING that allow them to buff better, we all also eat special chef food called Bilovi or something like that. I buy it in crates, it also boosts your enhanced. It stacks with a max of +25 on TOP of the +25 clothing cap giving you +50. The food is fairly pricey cause it's new, give it a few months and it will go down a wee bit.

Resusistation now has a TIMER, if you dont rez them quick enough then you can't rez them at all.
