I've seen it mentioned before, but it hasn't made the issues list:

You can duel someone, kill them, revive them and repeat to go from 0-4-0-0 to 4-4-4-0 in under an hour. This has nothing to do with clones, but has everything to do with resuscitation.

its just the amazing amount of xp you get for rezzing people. I maxxed out my med xp after i got master doc in 1/2 an hour doing buffs. Its not an exploit, is an over looked advantage
