Hello everyone!

I'm new on the Doc scene. I have a TKM that grinds for fun and this morning I was killing Jantas. Instead of Janta blood (which I would expect to happen), I received 6 bottles with all the same serial numbers of Donkuwah Poison. Since the Janta blood is used in Doc medicines, I'm just assuming this stuff is too. Does anyone have any idea what it's for??
