if you have gas with over 900dr and power with hmm over 800 you shoudl archive those settings

do you mean you want your pack to e 875 power or you want your buffs to buff for 875? yer leanin a bit more toward the latter with those stats. I am affraid that I woudn't ever give that meat even a second thought if you want any decent power on your packs.

the most you might be able to squeeze out of that quality avian is perhaps 800 power, thats with good subcomponents and high 900 OQ/DR gas.
to get 875 power or better, you want to shoot for avian that is 800 plus on all 3 stats oq/pe/dr

Umm, on avian meat, OQ is just as important as PE. Power on buff packs is 66% OQ and 33% PE. Reactive gas does not have a PE stat. So Avian OQ, Avian PE, and Gas OQ all contribute equally to the power of the buff.
I'd pass on that avian meat. While the DR is nice (nice for quickness buffs for enterainers), I wouldn't bother with any avian meatthat has a total OQ+PE of below 1700. I have an old stack of avian that has the stats OQ969 / PE433 / DR575 and I haven't been able to break 800 power with it, even with 987OQ / 873DR gas and anABEC maxed out for power.

I'll pass on this spawn then. I guess I'll have to remain patient for a quallity spawn. Thanks againfor all the info, you guys have been a huge help!

Just a small example , on eclipse the current avian spawn is this :
DR=198, FL=87, PE=994, OQ=977 **
As you can see very high OQ ,and PE wich is very important, and the low DR can be filled in with a high DR gas,simple as that ...Gas doesn't have PE so if the avian has lowPE nothing can fill that in.... I'm pretty sure thats what everyone meant
