are nerfs actually goping to happen? if so, when and to what extent is what i want to know

No facts are out...nothing will been known till the Combat Balance after JtL beta is finished.

Oh, THAT one. It's too far out and nubulous for me to even start to worry about. The devs arestill too busy working on JTL for it to even be on their radar. And lord knows that if they don't know yet what they're doing on it, we in the forums sure don't either.

Buffs as we know it today were never intended to be as strong as they are. The devs have already stated that due to intelligent people, they have become what they are today. I expect that buffs wil play a huge part int eh combat balance as will the new and improved HAM structure. Time will tell i guess
