Thread: Doc How much can you buff ?

When you get to :-
Master Medic, Doc 0030 how much can you buff yourself? If you buy Buff-packs obviously?
I ask because I'm thinking of Trying:-
Master Brawler, Master Swordsman, TKA 2000, Doc 0030
The idea is, after getting a Dancer/ Musician Buff, then buff myself, then use power boost - to top up.
Character is a Zabrak with maxed out mind - is this a viable idea ? What sort of results can I expect from purchased buff packs with these skills?

You can't buff at all at 0030. THe /healenhance command is in Adavnced Wound Treatment (x2xx). Without it, you can't use any buff packs, regardless of your medicine use level.

So you're saying the minimum to buff yourself is 0230 right? Then the buff is about 1k ?
It doesn't have to be an Uber buff, using a combination of Entertainer buffs, Brandy, Mind food and Power Boost I should still be able to get a decent HAM, I want to be able to buff as required though, however it's sounding like that's not possible... What about getting buff packs with the medicine use experimented down?

Not very likely unless you know a friendly Doc and provide the resources for them - I normally make buff packs optimised for power which is what a lot of people buy.
Experimenting down the usage below the accepted norms is possible, but a Doctor would charge you a hell of a lot for doing it as it would be a small market of buyers.
Speak to some docs on your server and see what they say, though - you can probably work something out!

Bah sorry, the minimum for buff is 0240

That's the minimum to use Enhance Ds. The actual minimum to buff is 0200, but you'd be stuck using Enhance A's.

how much can enhance A's buff you by ?
I wanted a Self-buffing Template which included Master Medic, Master Brawler, Master Swordsman and TKA 2000

If you want just Master Medic, you can't buff period. Doc x2xx is required for buffing anything. Enhance A's aren't really even worth the effort... you could only buff for perhaps 200-300, plus you would have to find yourself a doc to actually make an Enhance A...

Okay I've had a re-think!
I can go :-
Master Swordsman
Teras Kasi 4202
Doctor 0240
This means 1/2 decent buffs using bivoli and bought Enhance Packs, can use decent Enhance Packs, can augment them with Powerboost and stack some Defence vs States and Mellee Defence.
Plus I don't like crafting, partcularly Elite crafting profs which I find tedious to grind.
Any comments? Will this make me fairly self-sufficient? (Aside from Purchasing Buff Packs.)

Well, if you can also buff in a town that is a Med Centre that will help a fair bit as well. My alt it 4-4-4-0 in Doc (I hate crafting as well 
), using 935 power buffs, thestats jumped from 2290 or so to 2500+ when our town turned to Med Centre.
