i recommend that you remove all those stormtroopers from your sig first of all, that'll help immensely. Next, read the FAQ's at the top of the page, they're chalk full of info for newbie doctors

As a 10 point doc, you should just experiment on the effectiveness line. With good resources, you'll need all 10 points to max it out. Once you get some extra points, you can decide how to use them (ease of use or charges). What duration you get depends completely on the DR and OQ of your avian meat and reactive gas.

For starters, you need high DR avian and high DR reactive gas to get to 3:30 duration (12600). Without the resources, you ave no chance of hitting that time, regardless of how many experimentation points you have.

Assuming the resources are good enough, as long as you get true "great success" (some great successes are actually a mix of a sub-great on one line and a great or amazing on the other line - these will screw you up), you should be able to max power and duration in 10 points. This will leave you with a med use greater than 90.

You alternative is spend a point on ease of use to push med use to 90 and then 9 points on power/duration. Assuming true great successes, you should hit you duration target (if the resources are excellent) and get good power. It's certainly possible to craft 900 power, 3.5 hourbuffs as a 10-point crafter.
