For some reason, my surgical droid (med/craft capable) no longer functions as a crafting station as of yesterday. Which really negates the whole reason I bought it - being able to make quickie schematics AT my factory as needed.

Anyone else having problems with crafting-capable droids? I'm on Corbantis, if it helps.

I've heard they have the fix out on Test-Center now, but that won't be in the game for another 2 weeks.

I'm boycotting crafting meds till they fix it. I have better places to be than the public crafting station.

I think it will be fixed sooner than that. Mine worked fine right before the last update.

Oh, my house is right by my factory. I'm just THAT lazy...

My R5 droid crafting module is also not working anymore. Glad to know it's not just me.

One thing to add. I just had a med/crafting droid made on Sunday. Worked fine until I logged out and loged back in. So if you got the credits to blow you could have your DE friend just make a mouse with the med or craft module in the interm. Not a good solution, but until they fix it it would do for healing in the field.

You might try looking for houses near your factory. A lot of people leave there houses open to the public, and it's not uncommon for people to have a crafting station in the back room. But, I do agree that this is an irritating bug for medics/docs. But, I can think of worse problems. This at least is relatively easy to live without a fix for a little bit.

My medbot no longer lists a medical module. It used to list one in the data pad and of course it worked. Now it says default module or something. So the medical module isn't broken, the droid got reset or somehow lost its module.

Do freshly made droids with medical modules actually work?

I did open a ticket for that. My droids was a med one with storage room. Now i have a Droid that cant event carry stuff. and that since the last patch? I paid 5K for one day of used. thats sucked!

Devs have adressed this (see dev tracker)... looks liek it will be fixed on Wed.
