Wondering if anyone else has had problems with Advanced Liquid Suspension (A.L.S.)in factory crates not being loaded into the Stim D or Resuscitation Pack schematics.

For the past week, I have been unable to use my A.L.S. when crafting items. I double-click the factory crate (in my inventory) to add the ingredient, but I get the message in the box that says "This item is not usable with this draft schematic", which is ridiculous becasue L.S. is needed for both Stim D's and Resuscitation Packs.

I CAN use my standard L.S. from factory crates...and I can use any other component from factory crates, just not the A.L.S.Wondering if my last batch was just bugged, or what the heck is going on..

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Just to let you know, I'm novice doctor with 4/4/2/4 stats.

Did you use the advanced LS when you created the schematics for your Stim and Resusitation packs? You have to use the exact same ones that you created the schematics with.

Sounds like he is talking about creating the schematic when the problem arises. I have had that problem trying to use old crates, though. They did work when I pulled out the components I needed from the crates, though. New crates (made since the publish) all work fine, though.

It's the crate...not the schematic that I'm having troubles with.

I have two crates of 50 and they just won't work with anything. I made them before the October 8 big patch...so maybe they somehow got screwed up with the patch...oh well. Thanks for the help, I'll just toss those I guess and make a new batch.

Did you try pulling out the 2 or 3 ALSs you need from the crates first, and then using those individual ALSs in your crafting? Don't forget that they screwed up on double-clicking a crate now, and you have to select the "get item from crate" manually from the radial menu, now, since double-clicking just pulls up the split crate dialogue.
