I buff my action pool and get the message you buff for (insert random low number here). However, though my HAM bar shows the addition of the buff it isn't actually there. Today I buffed it for 2400 and the HAM shows the addition of that number. However when fighting, my bar drops just as though I don't have a buff and when I heal myself it heals me for the amount as if I had no buff.

Is this new? A bug?

That's a new one on me. The action bug I've seen lately is when I buff my action stats (for afk sampling) it sometimes doesn't show any change at all to my action bar, even after coming back hours later, and I know it's not that efficient, it's just an A level secondary boost. And of course hours later the buff is off anyway. But if I stop sampling, and then sample again, it starts taking action away again. Very odd.
