I have been reading conflicting opinions on the usefulness of this skill attachement. According to a guide in the loot forum (Guide for Skill Enhancing Attachments) this attachment boost's the effectiveness of buffs (such as the amount of speed adrenal thingy boosts your weapon speed by).
However when I asked my servers docs about it they thought it only affected duration, though noone seems to have tried it for themselves. One posting in this forum seems to brush on the subject (Wow....Adreneline boost rules!) but unfortunately lacks detail.

So does anyone know for sure what it does and how effective this is?

(I am asking because I have a +22 Aumentation Efficiency AA I am hoping I can sell)

It seems people are finding that Aug Eff SEA's do work in prolonging the duration of buffs but that BE clothes dont.

No effect on the values of the buffs?
Specifically I have heard the adrenal buff being mentioned in relation to this?

You can't change the effect of the buff, only the duration.

Does tape total > 25 work or is it capped?

+25 augmentation efficiency and my buff timers increased 1 minute. Wow what a waste of a years worth of money.
