does anyone know if the old doc FS gring macro still works at all and if it needs to be changed at all to work. i know you need to adjust the times a little but how long and is there anything else?

"old FS gring macro"? not sure what you mean by that. If your talking about DB/Rez then forget about it. It will no longer work.
Your best bet now is to go hunting with a group and grind like everyone else. It is very hard to set up a macro to get xp these days.

Seriously, getting xp in a good group (7 or 8 people) is fun and pretty quick if the fighters know what they're doing. I had a "novice-prof-heavy" maxed template pre-respec which means I had to earn a lot of my elite boxes post-cu because the novice boxes that I had would not convert over to the elite boxes I desired. I had no difficulty getting the medical experience I needed, even without double-xp weeks.

Yeah....I've noticed that getting med xp is much, much, much faster post-CU than it was pre-CU. And I fight solo.

If your talking about DB/Rez then forget about it. It will no longer work.Your best bet now is to go hunting with a group and grind like everyone else. It is very hard to set up a macro to get xp these days.
Actually you can grind xp by bd/rez, but useless since it's a major pain in the butt and you have to already be Master to do it. If your intentions are gaining xp for the village grind, then it... well, no, it still stinks, but it is possible. I ground out a whole Senses tier afk doing this, but gave up because I didn't want any of the other Senses boxes.

Still works, but will be slower than actually playing the game like you are supposed to.
Example:
1 kill / rez: 500 xp
1 heal to a group member fighting a lvl 80 critter: around 5000 xp.
1 area heal on a group fighting a lvl 80 critter: 5000 to 40000 xp.

most of the people who know this have their toon on afk grinding there and aren't even at the computer...
