yes Doctor gives same amount of combat level at master as any other CL profession

and also gives you Battle armor certification too.

I have a master doc/rifleman combo level 80. Good damage and great healing. Adding a second ranged profession instead of doc adds more general ranged speed/accuracy but I like the ability to heal and the adrenal boost gives me enough speed add to hit mobs with startle shot frequently enought that they dont hit me, unless I either miss or there are more than 1 attacking me.
