Thread: What is your most needed resource for Medical crafting?
Which harvestor harvesting resource is most needed to a doc is a tough one. Obviously Avian and Herbivore meats are most needed. I myself have harvested tonnes and tonnes of all resources that I can harvest and only harvest new stuff if the stats are better than what I have ands when getting a bit low of course.
Maybe Dolovite if other servers are like Chimaera and decent stuff spawns rarely. Oh and here there hasn't been a decent Class 4 Liquid Petro Fuel in a while. But as I said thats just Chimaera and I have no knowledge of the other servers.
It really depends on the server. Obviously, most of the docs want what hasn't been available in the longest amount of time. Here is a summary of the key resources with the necessary stats noted.
- Lokian Wild Wheat - OQ and PE (Stimpacks and Wound/Buff Packs)
Look for OQ and PE above 900. High OQ is more important because most docs experiment for charges, so the PE is just an added bonus if it is high. - Tatooine Fiberplast - OQ and UT (Stimpacks and Wound/Buff Packs)
- Dantooine Berries - OQ and PE (Stimpacks)
- Talusian Water - OQ (Stimpacks)
- Class 4 Liquid Petrofuel - OQ and PE (Stimpacks and Wound/Buff Packs)
- Domesticated Oats - OQ and PE (Wound/Buff Packs)
- Dolovite Iron - OQ (Wound/Buff Packs)
Tatooine Fiberplast and Lokian Wild Wheat are used more than anything else. This covers it for the most part. I left out stats because it depends on your server. Valcyn has been blessed recently with Domesticated Oats (among other things .......1000 OQ Talusian Water and 997 OQ Dolovite 
), so I passed on a recent 930ish OQ and PE shift. Some servers would kill for that, so just try to watch swgcraft and see what your server hasn't had for awhile and try to look out for it. Generally, look for around 900 on the stats noted above. Anything rated that high should sale alright.

At least we did get a decent spawn of Tat fiberplast. But with the resources we've been granted the past 2 months, only those that stocked up months ago are getting any decent buffs, and they're making so much money selling them for 40k a pack that it's not even funny.
Anyone know how to gain the favor of the resource spawn gods? (Sacrifice a newbie? Burn a harvester?)

At least good herb meat that drops in quantities larger than 10 or 15 units.
