I have a hospital placed, but if i drop master doc will i still be able to keep hospital? or anybody knows what happens

I believe you need to be a master doc/combat medic to have the deed for the med center so if you drop it, if you know another master doc, you can transfer the deed to them.

it already placed, i was wonderin if i drop master , would it let me keep it

yes, it only checks when you build or transfer it
but no garauntee the devs wont change that in the future

In relation to this I have a different question.
Having never been in a guild or lived in a player city, do player hospitals -have- to be placed in a city?
I know the player city guide says:
"The third type are commercial structures owned by players. These are the Theater, Cantina, and Hospital. A Cantina must be placed by a Master Musician or Master Dancer. A Hospital must be placed by a Master Doctor or Master Combat Medic"
and
"Commercial structures must be placed within a player city initially, but can continue to exist if the city goes away later."
So what I'm asking is if anyone has actually tried dropping one outside of a city just to see if it works?
