I know it's possible to remove stun but is it possible to remove the others. If so at what level...as you can tell I have no idea about doctor lol.

yes you can remove all 4 states. and I believe its the same lvl req to do any of them IIRC.

You get the /healstate command at Novice Doc. So you can heal Blind, Intimidated, Stunned and Dizzy at novice.
