the duration a food's effect lasts, and the time it takes to empty your stomach are not linked in any way

C'mon now, Halva is supposed to be a temporary boost when an emergency warrants its use...not to be used 'all the time'. Slowing docs down is just part of the 'penalty' for having such a powerful attribute. Imagine if you could buff at the Halva speed all the time, that would make battlefield buffs instantantaneous and the army with the best docs invincible.

Have fun - it is a game and there needs to be some'checks and balances'to the powers each prof has. My advice, use Halva in the field (emergencies) and when your buff line at the starportgets too long. Just remember the stomach filling can prevent you from taking Bivoli...checks and balances brother.

Havla is bugged right now so that it only works if the effectiveness is 100+. If 100+ the only thing that delays the buff is the animation time (so looking at about 10 secs to buff all 6 stats). If it's below 100 effectiveness then it does nothing .

Havla is not bugged as far as I know. Just don't wait for the message that you can heal again. After taking Havla I can click each buff pack imediately after the first one. The message is what's bugged. It still comes up after 15 seconds. So after buffing someone with 6 stats (in 6 secs) the messages are still coming up while I'm doing the next guy. lol

And I too use it to reduce the buff line dramatically when it gets too long, as well as in combat.

Also, as mentioned before, be sure you keep track of filling, so that Bivoli can still be used.

Check the effectiveness of your havla amigo. If it affects that means you have 100+ effect, otherwise you're the ONLY case of it working below 100 that i've ever heard of (I've tested +92, nothing)

Well you are so right...

I have both +101 and +50. The +50 does not work and the +101 does.

Thanks for the clarification.
