I went broke today buying Pisro Avian, Eclipse's best avian meat.
I just realized most of my other avian meats are now obsolete and worth less then what I offered to buy/harvest them for.
400k of my server's best avian for 100cpu is a good deal, but I think the doctor economy is going to suffer a little bit by this.
At least with the new speed buffing added, people will run out of buffpacks more.. Meaning more buffpacks for peoplet to buy (Or I hope!)

It is an interesting question whether players will be more likely to get buffs, now that the lines should go faster. Do you think that will be the case? Will more doctors be out buffing because it will be easier for them to slip away when they need to go? It will be interesting to see how things pan out, once everyone adjusts to the faster buffing timers.

I dont think this will increase the buff usage, everyone wanted to get buffed before and after this patch. Maybe the usage goes up a little because peeps dont have to w8 and take 2 buffs in one playing set, but it will be minimal.

we'll have to wait and see.. all the up and coming docs prolly dont have the resources to maintain, or make good buffs, or should i say get the max out of the buffs.. people will still want to buy the best buffs around.
Not everyone is 12pt, so if you are. you are one step higher on the ladder.
Not everyone has millions of resources to maintain buff/med runs for along time.
Not everyone is as dedicated as others when it comes to doc crafting.
Not everyone has the ability to run 24 factories and pump out buff buff runs in a matter of hours.
/shrug, lets wait and see what happens.

Maybe I misstated my question, how long between each buff when applying them, or the time it takes to apply the next buff? My bad, maybe I need another cup of coffee.

It seems to be varying. I get 6 secs not using a macro, just hitting the buttons in my toolbar. Average time for docs using a macro seems to be at 7.5-8 secs, what with the server delay reading the macro, then applying it to the buff.

On my server I dont know one person that took the "Doc" resource for thier reward. AS far as I knowmost including my self took Saber resources. Besides 30k meat wont last long anyway. Granted its a little less then 1000 packs but thats only 166 sets which is not really much at all.

i agree that its not that much ...... but i feel this is a small step in the revamp set of stairs ..... Right we dont need havla now as we buff twice as fast ... but we do need brandy or a substitute to keep the mind up there so we still need chefs, Also as stated 30K of meat wont last long to all you crafting docs out there
So the Docs are appearing to chane things but theres not that much of a change .... we still need checf for our business (Either crafting or buffing)

i think buffing intervals are around 4-6 seconds. .57 seconds or around if youre using 100+ havla.
havla...
