Is the class 5 liquid taking the place of the class 4? i do not seem to be able to get any.

Class 5 is definitely not a replacement for Class 4. Basically, the distribution of liquid petros is random. At any given time, there might be 1 to 4 liquid petros in the galaxy (these aren't hard limits - merely approximations of what is "normal"). Which ones are available is purely random.

As an example, looking over approximately a year's worth of resource data, the breakdown of the number of each type of liquid petro on Scylla is as follows:

Is it possible that some are programmed to come up more than others? Sure. But this seems like a fairly random spread to me.
