Hello,
Hey I looted a wound treatment speed +16. I was wondering what the benefit of this CA would be? Faster buffing?

I'm not sure if they work or not, but whats wrong with 8sec pause times?
Assuming that CA works, it would only bring it down like 1sec or so. Nice find though, I would keep it around until after the CU.

Well, to tell the truth, I was hoping to get away from biv. But for one second why was the socket.

Well...I don't know the exact numbers, that was just my guesstimation.
However I would just hold on to it until after the CU....hopefully then if nothing else you can sell it. +16 is good for anything, I just don't recall if Wound Speed works or not, and its hard to test with the +1 , +2 stuff that you get off low level npcs.
So yeah my suggestion, hold on to it.

I have +14 and I can't tell a difference. That was also before pub 13. I'll have to test it later this week.
