Over the weekend, I noticed something slightly strange about a buff I did.
I am a Combatant Imperial doc, and I was able to buff a Special Forces Rebel without any delay between buffs (the entire buff set was done in about two seconds).
Anyone know if this is a bug, or does this apply towards any buff of Special Forces players?
Thanks,
Perkins.

Nope not a bug. Forget the exact reasoning behind it. I believe it has to do with your current Status. i.e combatant, SF etc..

Buffing have no restriction in the new system. I personally don't like it, but I can see why the Devs did it that way.
I believe that if the city is held under control by certain factions timers are reduced or eliminated.

The no delay thing is definitely a bug. It only happens with certain combos... I think combatants buffing SF chars. No ETA on a fix. Nerfy actually tested it, so he knows more about when it happens.
Watch out, this burns your mind soemthing awful, so you end up having a spot where you have low mind (because there are no regen ticks between buffs). Saves time for the customer, but the time saved creeps up on you from behind.

It seems to be the 'uphill' buffs (civilian buffing combatant or SF, Combatant buffing SF) that have the zero delay.I don't see how this could be anything other than a bug.

I posted it to the devs a few weeks ago and was told the information was being used to help them resolve the issue.
Therefore, it is a bug, but the ETA on a fix is unknown at this time, so enjoy it while you have it.

Yeah, it's free havla, especially if you're neutral. All the doctors that I talked to about it seem to be able to speed buff those whose wounds they can't heal. If that's the case neutral doctors have the fewest amount of people they can heal, and as a result can speed buff more frequently.
If a buffing doctor wants to take advantage of it, then drink a brandy first. The increased regen times and lowers mind costs enough to go through a line of speed buffing without too much trouble. I did make the mistake of trying to do that without brandy though, and quickly figured out why it'd be needed shortly after the 2nd person.
