I would suggest that Master Rifleman, Doc 0240, CM 4004 is the only way to effectively combine these three professions (edit: leaving 4 points spare which you might as well spendgetting Doc x3xx).
You need CM 4xx4 to use the higher end disease/poisons effectively.
You need Advanced Wound Treatment (Doc x2xx) to apply buffs, and Master Doctor Medicine Knowledge (Doc xx4x) to use Med Use 90 buffs. This will allow you to buff 1832using a 900 power buff pack assuming you use droid/bivoli/BE clothes compared with a Master Doc hitting 2475 with the same packs (edit: 1980 with Doc x3xx)
However you may want to consider Mastering any two of your chosen Rifleman/Doc/CM.

I would not bother with 03400 doc. It would be better to get 4300 so you can cure poison/disease.
The down side to any rifles/doc/cm template is crappy def. You will get kd/dizzy'ed in seconds if you get anywhere near a melee guy.

Anyone ever do this combo? And how did you go about doing it? Is there a way to get mrifles and effectively have doc to buff
and cm to apply high end poisons?

But he specifically wanted to be able to buff and with Doc 4300 his Med Use will be down to 55.
Not sure off the top of my head what buffs you can use with med use that low but they certainly won't be very good.

With Doc 4030 they will not be able to buff at all.
Doc x2xx is the neededto get the Enhance skill required for buffing.

yes but without the med use you will be able to use enhance a's, a 400 buff is not what he is looking for. Better of buying buffs and having the meduse for good poison cures. if he wants to self buff min he needs is 0240, then he cant cure poison or fire.

I was Master Doctor / Master Combat Medic and Master Pistoleer. I posioned them first, then I shot them. They died fairly quick. The posion help big time along with my pistol skills. If I got damaged, I healed myself. The only bad thing is the rifleman got my mind which I could not heal. However, going up against a Jedi with marksman skill, very bad. Thats why I went Teras kasi / Master Doctor.

Master Dcotorwith Master Combat Medic leaves only 18 points, you can not get Novice Pistoleer let alone Master as well.
Perhaps you meant Master Combat Medic with Master Pistoleer?
