Thread: why doesn't doc or ch have kd recovery

My planned templete was going to be doc/ch, however neither of them have kd recovery. How the heck am i supposed to pvp without kd recovery. btw this is my jedi alt so its more for being goofy in pvp and being a ch again as well as being a healer with doc
