As stated, I'm master doc/swordsman. Pre-CU I had novice scout as well, post CU I logged in to a negative 14 skill points, and was not allowed to move (literally) untill I gave something up. The main reason I mastered Doc was to buff guildies, and myself for hunting trips. I want to keep my buff ability (even if its only 10%), but I can't seem to make heads or tails of what I need to keep in doc. I never really did any crafting, I just want to be able to buff myself as well as my friends.

Thanks in advance for all of your opinoins, and advice

Speaking as a former swordsman and 12pt. Doc drop Doc its not worth it anymore. Its was and continues to be nerfed.

You need 4040 Medic to have Novice Doc ... I don't think the respec routine will let you drop prerequisites anyway. I'd drop 0004.

...has mastered the Pilot profession

Coming from a Swordsman/Doc for over a year..

"Its not worth it anymore"

You'd be better going pikeman or fencer and just getting some medic 4-0-4-0. hell you can do more healing that a master doc at that level. Bite the bullet drop doc and take another meele prof.

I was master doc with master swords but had to drop swords boxes cause i thought i wanted to keep doc...after playing around with my respec a bit i realized that the CL is influenced by doc way to much....i think i was still a cl 50ish toon with only master doc master medic and no combat skills.......

Iam currently 2xxx doc with only the pr-req for doc in medic....it allows me to use the 10% health buff ability at a 30 minute duration....and allows me to use a 530ish point advanced bacta jab thingy.........

mSwords/mDoc/mMedic/Brawler x44x will give you +110 augmentation efficiency and +125 healing efficiency plus leaves 4sp unused for wherever.

mSwords/Doc 2xx2/Medic 444x/Brawler x44x leaves 63sp unused to apply to another combat mastery. This gives you good heals and the ability to "buff" at the lowest level available to Docs. Not sure that really matters though or not since buffs seem to only increase slightly in duration at the higher levels of use.

Swords seems to still bea viable combat profession. I had a Novice Swords/mBrawler/mMarksman and did fine. I've since respec'd and exp grinded to Pistoleer xxx1/CM 1211/mMedic & mMarks. Template at this point seems very fun andI hope that continues to the final version that will be mPistoleer/mCM/Doc 2xx2/Medic 444x/Marks x4x4. If it appears that it might, I may renew my primary account and respec it to the final version, and give this bork of a CU a bit more time.

edit: to fix the clicky =)

edit: added clicky to sig so much simpler =)
