Thread: About using enhancers on pets...
If I read your post right I think you may have a misconception of what the the secondary stats do. If I am not reading it right then ignore my ignorance.
Strength and Quickness affect how much of your main bar is used to do a special move/attack. The higher the stat, the less amount of the bar is used to do a special. It has no effect on the damage you or your pet does to anything.
You had the part about Constitution and Stamina correct. They affect the regeration rate of the main bar.
Ok, heres my obsvervation, im not sure if im right, but i may have found something "weird".
I use a pet who has 3200 hp (base) and i usually buff him (health and action)
I recently tried to see if the other stats would work (sta/con/quick/str)
Stamina and Constitution worked quite well, with over 1k more con/sta the pet didnt nead healing anymore
BUT
With quick/str... im not sure. I had the pet hit the same mobs for about 5 minutes and made an "average" of all the dmgs he done... was about 100 per shot (im not CH ehhe) i then proceeded to buff the pet's str (hoping to see an increase in the dmg) had a nice luck the pack worked a 1624 str buff... went back to try the pet on the same mobs... no increase, always the same dmg...
My question : why do they allow us to buff stats (and spend adv. components in the process) if it does not affect the target ?
Anyone else saw that ?
hence why buffing str/quick doesnt do much for them
