Have helmets be AR2 and AR3.

Medium and Heavy armor

We can buff every stat but our mind, and the professions that target the mind have ar1-ar3 weapons so HELMETS don't work against other players.

A BH pistol goes right through a helmets AR1.

This would be an easy fix to the current problem in pvp of the mind pool being THE deciding factor in combat.
